Excellence in Literacy Year 1

The Excellence in Literacy series comprises graded workbooks focused on developing literacy skills at the appropriate level. They are helpful in assisting students to build skills used in a variety of testing formats. Topics include sentence structure, dictionary work, vocabulary, comprehension and cloze passages.

Answers are provided in an easily removable section in the centre 4 pages.

The author, Peter Howard is an Australian ex-primary school principal and author of many textbooks and teaching aids. He is highly regarded as a proponent of the pursuit of excellence.
