Terms & Conditions

Secure Online Payments

We accept payments via Shopify Payments (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, and other approved methods.

  • We do not store credit card details.

  • Our checkout is protected by SSL security encryption, ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.

  • In-stock items are shipped the same day where possible.

  • If items are unavailable, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery.

Shipping & Handling (Australia Only)

  • Flat rate shipping: AUD $10.95.

  • Free shipping: Orders over AUD $190.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Shipping is via Australia Post with tracking provided.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.

  • During December and January, deliveries may take longer due to high postal demand.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email and SMS from SSRC and/or Australia Post.

Back Orders & Delays

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed due to late publication, we will notify you via email, phone, or SMS.

  • Back-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days and may incur a restocking fee.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with a receipt.

  • Postage charges are non-refundable.
