Payment Methods - Online

We accept payments via Shopify Payment (Mastercard or Visa), PayPal, and maybe other payment systems. We do not store any credit card details. Our website uses a secure standard industry payment system with SSL security encryption certification. You can rest assured that it is safe to use your credit card on our website.

Dispatch

We process orders almost every business day and most orders are sent as soon as we receive them. If your items are in stock, they will generally send on the day when you placed your order, or otherwise you might expect 7- 15 days to receive your order.

Delivery timeframes

Most parcels are delivered within the earlier estimated timeframe. During December and January it may take longer than indicated due to the holiday period and high volume of parcels received by Australia Post.

Postage & Handling

Shipping flat rate is $10.95, and free postage if purchase over $120. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are intended for shipment within Australia.Occasionally we have special discount offers. These will either automatically be applied or a code will need to be entered at checkout and may change without notice.

Tracking

Our parcels are sent via Australia Post. You will receive an email and SMS from SSRC once your order has been sent.Tracking details maybe be provided in a separate email from Australia Post. You will also receive notifications via SMS and/or email from SSRC updating you on the progress.

Delivery Delays

If there are significant delivery delays (due to late publications) a customer service representative will contact you via email, phone or SMS to let you know about the delay. Be sure to check your emails regularly.

Back Ordered Items

If an item is on backorder due to a late publication or temporarily out of stock, it will be delivered as soon as it becomes available. An SMS will be sent advising you when the item is on its way.

Exchange and Refunds

Refunds will be processed and payment made by the same method that was used. Refunds may incur an administration and restocking fee. Refund payments may take up to 10 business days to be received and processed. SSRC will accept exchange within 7 days of purchase. The products that are to be exchanged should be in an un-damaged, new condition to qualify for exchange, with a copy of the receipt. We will not refund any postage charges if the items were sent or delivered to you.
