Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges – Textbooks Only

If you have purchased a textbook in error, you may return it within 21 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

Returned textbooks must be in new, undamaged and resalable condition. If returning an item by post, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned textbook and confirm that it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. Original postage charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may incur a $10.95 administration and restocking fee.

If a returned textbook is received in a damaged or non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you at your cost.

Please allow up to 10 business days for returned items and refunds to be received and processed.

Exchanges – Textbooks Only

Textbooks may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in new, undamaged condition and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the item and sending the replacement item.

eBooks & Digital Products

Please choose eBooks and digital products carefully before purchasing.

eBooks and digital products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are considered used and cannot be resold.

Pricing & Product Information

Prices and other product information displayed on our website are subject to change from time to time without notice.

The price charged for an order will be the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

While SSRC takes reasonable care to ensure that prices and other product information published on the website are accurate, we reserve the right to correct publishing or pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

SSRC may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing an updated version on the website. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Dispatch

We process orders on most business days and aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

If your items are in stock, they will generally be dispatched on the same business day that your order is placed.

Where items are not immediately available, please allow approximately 7–21 days to receive your order.
