Shipping policy

If you need to return an item that was purchased in error, please return the book to us within 21 days along with your receipt, ensuring adequate packaging so the book is not damaged (if returning via post). Once we have assessed the book and determined it can be resold, you will receive a refund, less original postage. If the book is received damaged, it will be returned to you at your cost.

It is up to the customer to cover the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Refunds will be processed and payment made by the same method that was used. Refunds may incur an administration and restocking fee of $6.95 and we will not refund the postage fee that you have paid. Refund payments may take up to 10 business days to be received and processed. 

SSRC will accept exchange within 14 days of purchase (textbooks only). The products that are to be exchanged should be in an un-damaged, new condition to qualify for exchange, with a copy of the receipt. And customer will need to pay the postage fee for exchanging the books.

Please note: eBook products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are deemed used and unable to be on-sold. Please select carefully when purchasing eBooks.

Prices and other product information quoted on the website are subject to change from time to time without notice. The price of goods ordered by you will be the price quoted on the website at the time you place your order. Although SSRC takes all reasonable care to ensure that prices and other product information quoted on the website are correct at the time of publication, it reserves the right to correct any publishing errors and cancel orders made at the incorrect price.

Insight Publications may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the amended version on the website. Subsequent or continuing use of the website will constitute acceptance of any changes.

We process orders almost every business day and most orders are sent as soon as we receive them. If your items are in stock, they will generally send on the day when you placed your order, or otherwise you might expect 7- 21 days to receive your order.
